just took my exam and i was wondering if people had the same experience

Well, hello :)

I took my exam Jan 14 2011. And I graduated aug 2009 LOL i crammed two weeks before my test since i wasnt able to review that much after i graduated :uhoh3: when i took my test i got a LOT of nursing prioritization, SATA type of questions, infection control and medication but no drug calc. AND i took my 104-108[i didn't notice what number i stopped but im pretty sure it wasn't more than a 110] in under an hour :uhoh3: :uhoh3: =..= so i think i flopped the test =..= but my friends who were nclex takers [some failed it and some nailed it at first takes] said i have a high chance of passing because i got those kinds of questions which is kind of giving me "false" hope[ since i know i flopped it =...=] so yeah.. i was wondering if some of you guys had the same questions as me and passed or failed. :)

did you try the PVT? I have no advice about the test as I am soon to take it. Good luck!

well, I did actually. :) and i got the good pop-uop :) but since it's not official i still am worried but the anxiety level went WAYY down. LOL good luck on your exam :)

I just took mine last week and felt I had a very similar experience to what you are describing. I was done at 75 questions and PASSED! Good luck to you! It is normal to feel unsure!

I took my exam Friday as well and it sounds similar to yours. I did not get any drug calculations although I DID get questions about side effects of common drugs. I had about 5 SATA, a TON of infection control, prioritization, and teaching.

You should be able to access your quick results by now. I was able to get mine on Sunday. Pay the 8 bucks...it'll give you peace of mind. :yeah:BTW Congrats on passing!

hehe i forgot to mention that i took an Nclex-pn test and i took it at CA. LOL so 4 weeks and 4 days to go of fluctuating emotions HAHA

I took the nclex on the 13th and i had so many SATA questions that I cant even begin to tell you how many there was!! I was in complete shock because they just kept on coming back to back and then i would get a little break and they started again!! I didn't get any dosages but i was begging for some in my mind to make the SATA questions go away. By the grace of GOD i passed!! It's really hard to study for that kind of test because you dont know where its gonna come from. I used the Saunders disc. Good luck to everyone!! Try to cover as much as you can but don't overdo it. I didnt really look at anything the night before but earlier that day i practiced dosages and did a few questions. I started studying like 2 weeks before my test date...just doing a little bit at a time so that i wouldnt get tired of it. Good luck everyone!!

Good Luck Marie! I am sure you passed if you got the good popup with PVT. I had a similar experience as yours on Saturday with 75 questions. I had 18 SATA that made me sick to my stomach, but I passed and you did too!
