Well.. just took the exam... it went to 265 questions. I am thinking I definately failed. I was guessing alot.. i had a ton of med questions (no calculations though which are cake), alot of disease process (like 20 ?'s on TB), and alot or prioritization. I found the test to be harder than the CAT review or the kaplan review. I'm pretty discouraged right now, I know the official results wont be available for 2 days, but I'm just going with the gut feeling right now. Good luck to everyone else taking them! STUDY!!!

I just wanted to tell everyone that I took the NCLEX-RN two days ago and had 265 questions and I was 100% sure that I failed when I was done. I thought that there was no way I passed because I guessed at alot of the questions and some I didn't even recognize. I was even preparing myself to begin studying again. But then I found out the next day online that I PASSED!! And I am still trying to believe it. I was so convinced that I failed!! It is a great feeling finding out that I am finally an RN....so don't worry about how many questions you get, because it doesn't mean anything. I'm still not sure how I passed, but I'm sure you did fine and there is nothing for you to be worried about! :monkeydance:

:balloons: Congratulations!I'm still waiting w/ my result! Huh!
i've took the nclex-rn yesterday.. im in the exact same situation!! i had 265 questions.. i find myself remembering random questions and don't feel so good about the test after all?? i could always narrow it down to two questions.. but that's a 50% chance i got them wrong..
my biggest questions is, why would it go all the to 265 and you still fail?? would they not know that you were below the passing average before you got to 265?? i'd appreciate any advice..
OYY the 265 questions!!! I was in same shoes a week ago, after 75 questions it kept on going and going =harsh!
After the test I cried my eyes out with feeling of a complete failure, I was sure I failed. But in 49hours later I found out I passed!!! I know its hard to relax while waiting for your results, but try to relax and do something fun for a little bit. You deserve it. Again it is so hard to say what are the chances its p/f? But it seems like a lot of people are passing with 265 questions. Good luck and take it easy. Let us know!
