The new curriculum isn't so different from the old -- just some additional material on assessment, I think, plus that three-part computerized test (the focused clinicals competencies exam thingy). You'll be just fine. And that's nice that you don't have too much to do! I bet you'll sail through it, girlie.

Lunah, Thanks for responding. Your journey through this program has been an inspiration. I just finished enrolling and I will register for Essentials in Chronicity tomorrow and buy the practice test. I'm going to take it before Christmas but I still have some more studying to do.
didn't you go to the workshop this week?

I have to take is Micro and Information Literacy + 6 more nursing test and the CPNE
I took the first nursing exam and passed and now actively studying the third exam (Essentials in Chronicity) . I am so afraid to pay the $895 because I am under the new curriculum and mostly everyone here is under the old one. I just need a little encouragement from someone to tell me my feelings are normal(I think?). Did anyone feel this way? I'm gonna do the 6 payments for the enrollment fee. I am on a credit card free plan.
PS.Because I just graduated this August, I'm finding that all the info in the course content guides are REVIEW from my last year of nursing school. Boy did I have good instructors. I remember the lectures and some of the things that we talked about because I recorded every word and listened to it on my 1hr and 10 minute drive home everyday. I even typed all my notes so I can pull them up on the computer and compare. I took my nursing classes seriously and studied daily. I guess that is why I'm doing well with the EC content. As I type this I think I'm actually talking myself into it.Sorry for rambling.......
