I have failed the NCLEX twice. The first time the exam went for 6 hours and the second time it went for under two hours. I now need to take a course to be able to retake a third time. CAN ANYONE RECOMMEND A COURSE THAT I CAN TAKE TO HELP ME PASS? i feel like im banging my head off a brick wall. Im an irish nurse and have been working as a RN in Ireland for six years. Its very frustrating for me to not be able to work as a nurse in the states even tho i have a permit to work. Any info would be apreciated

you should try suzanne's4 plan. it works! she has a very high passing rate too. check out the sticky on top.
congrats on passing...a caution. You may be seeing the best right now because of a combination of a) everyone may be a little bit different as you are on "orientation" and b) you are in the honeymoon phase of work right now. See how it works on nights, and on how you are recieved when the days come in to relive you.
It may be different either way, congrats on passing though!

i have been working for about a month now and really love the floor that i am on. i was hired for nights (three 12's) but have been orienting on days. well now i sorta got to know the day shift nurses and i am really liking days. i applied for a day shift position already and unfortunately i did not get the position
. my nurse manager encouraged me to keep an eye open for more opportunities for days and told me that i was real close to getting the position. i will start nights next week. kinda feelin anxious about it. any advice?
