Setphrooth's question and everyone's answers have me curious...

How many of you have to come in to school for teacher institute days and parent/teacher conferences?

I have to come in for it all.

I have to be here 7 days more than the students. i do 5 days prior to school starting, 1 in the middle, and 1 at the end

PD days only, and we have 2.

Only the 2 PD days every year. Of, course every other position and discipline has scheduled training, but no one knows what to do with the 2 of us, (because they don't know what we do), so The RN and I find an article and discuss it for a bit then we split the 5 campuses and do filling.
