:tinkbll:Hi all. Just out of curiosity, what is your favorite class? Also, what is your most favorite aspect of the nursing program:D, and your least favorite aspect?:crying2:

I am currently in the RN program at Galen. My favorite class in A&P. My most favorite aspect of the nursing program is the short length of time it will take to graduate.(15 months):grad: The thing I favor least is not being able to work much because of the amount of time I have to put into studying.:jester:

:dancgrp:

Specializes in Management, Emergency, Psych, Med Surg.

My favorite class in nursing school was microbiology and community health.

Specializes in Operating Room.

I love pharmacology!! it is much different than all the other nursing classes and I have an interest in being a CRNA. I don't really have a least favorite class, most are just so-so but I hate behavioral lab. such a waste of time IMO

Specializes in Emergency/Cath Lab.

Advanced MRI Physics was my favorite class coming into nursing school.

Now it is critical care clinicals.

least has to be peds and psych

Specializes in Clinicals in Med-Surg., OB, CCU, ICU.

Anatomy, Physiology, microbiology... and Pathophysiology.. Yes I am a nerd!!!!

Specializes in Med/Surg.

My nursing program is a painful 3 years in length after prerequisites are completed (BSN). My favorite course so far was maternity (LOVED it) and least favorite is currently Peds.

I'm actually looking forward to taking Community Health next year....although I'll probably love any class at that point, since I'll be so close to graduating...lol.

Specializes in Gerontology, nursing education.

I'm really enjoying my graduate-level statistics course. Does that make me the queen of the nerds? :D

Specializes in Geriatrics.

I LOVE CRITICAL CARE!!!!!.....I thought med surg was interesting.....critical care is 10 times more enjoyable to listen to a 3 hr lecture!
