Thank you for all of your tips and help. I am looking forward to more of your posts before I take my boards. i know you said you had to wait for your results to be mailed, but does your name appear on the board of nursing website before then because I know of some who do not pay for quick results here that wait for about 72hrs and then check their state board of nursing to see if their names are there i didn't know if they would work where you are or not. Like I said I had friends to take boards last Tuesday and their license was recieved in the mail on saturday so maybe it won't take you that long to get your official results. :wink2:
Actually i m in california........So after i get my official result in mail, if i pass then i have to send i think 125 $ to board to get my licence,,,,,,,,,then they gonna update my name on there website.......thats how its work in ca
Sorry, I did not know that it worked that way. But I am positive that you passes. You have given alot of people on here help before you even took your boards. I am happy for you because like I said I know you passed. Well I take mine in 4 days. I thought about rescheduling just because of all the anxiety but I thought about it and if I reschedule the anxiety will still be there the next time. I have only been out of school for about a little over 2weeks because when I take boards it still wont be three weeks. Well wish me luck I have just heard so many horrror stories on this board in the last few weeks that this anf the fact throwing threads are about the only ones I am reading. i do not need anymore anxiety or frustration than i already have. Well I am getting ready to call it a nite. I will let you know how I do and keep posting those tips you are easing my anxiety a little so I need all the support I can get right now.:wink2:

Dont try to delay ur test date. The more u do the more u get anxiety every night.........
And once u wake up during night for batroom than u wouldnt abe able to sleep ,,,u gonna think all night abt test
so just take it . Whatever u know thats enough. There are million of things in saunder book and do u think people cover everything? No they just read little bit and go............
Week before my test dates i woke up everynight around 2 30 am and couldnt fall sleep at all until 8 am
can u imagine now........
my test date was 14 aug,,,,,so my frind call me she said there are 18 aug opening so we both could go together
thats y i changed my date other wise i was ready to take on 14...........
Y i choose to go with my frind becuase if 2 frinds going together to take exam then u have good strenght
u will think ok my frined also taking exam and sitting next to me,,,,,so u gonna get kind of more energy
becuase u were in nuring school whole year then u gonna think ok i m not alone......u know what i mean....
We were told not to take our tests together because If one finished before the other we might have more anxiety. But I do have two others going to to take their test the same day that I do It was not planned but worked out that way. The girl who was top of our class has taken hers and she said it was a rough test she thought she failed because the answers were so vague. So I guess with me 2nd top of class it makes me a little nervous but I am going to keep my date and hope I know enough to pass the dreaded NCLEX.
