just in case... Kaplan guarantee?

Has anyone used the money back guarantee for Kaplan? How particular are they about how much of the class you finished? I only had time to do 67% of the qbanks, but did all of the question trainers, and watched all of the classes (same as attending, but I took it online).

I don't test until Tuesday, and I am hoping I won't need to use it, but I would hate to find out later that I voided the guarantee because I didn't finish the qbanks or something else. I have everything on the syllabus checked off, and I could do more qbanks tomorrow, but I think the day off would be good for me, too.

I feel ready (as ready as one can be, I know I'll never BE ready), and my scores were fine, but just in case...Do I need to finish the qbank?

It seems to me you would have to finish the program as it is set up, otherwise, how could you say that it was insufficient? Best to look the guarantee up and read about it beforehand. And good luck. Hope you pass and don't need the guarantee!

NCLEX-RN-- Guarantee and Free Repeat Policy

It doesnt say anything about the question bank, but you have to attend all inclass/online events and complete all trainers, and do NOT access ur kaplan page after you write the NCLEX!! I was told (never had to verify this) but if you do want a refund, you have to return ur text book!! But they can be found on Ebay!! As well there are other criteria that has to be met, which is listed on the above link. but ur best bet is to phone and verify! Hopefully you wont need to. best of luck
