ok can we start a RANDOM Questions NCLEX RN/LPN 5 questions Forum which was sort of posted last year some time, you dont have to qoute your sources but just general questions from sources youve been studying i think itll be helpful. Is anyone up for that?topics that may help all those wising to be future nurses.

We already have a random fact thread as a sticky here https://allnurses.com/nclex-discussion-forum/anyoone-up-random-308584.html
Ok registered for June 16th. SCARED !!!
Im half way through Saunders Q&A (i hate how the answer and rational is right near the question..but questions are good). Im 1/3 through Saunders Comp review (full speed ahead - 4 chapters a day). I completely finished Exam Cram (loved it)...and im working my way through Kaplan.
Does anyone else find it easier to apply the kaplan strategies to saunders questions, rather then the kaplan questions themselves??? maybe im going nuts!
Hi Kristin and hello everyone. I've been a lurker but just now registered. I'm taking my NCLEX-PN June 5th...I'm not 100% ready but will be studying up to the date (well as much studying as I can, being a stay at home mom to a very active 2 year old lol.) I wish you luck Kristin and everyone who has taken and/or is planning to take the test!Right now, I'm only reviewing my Mosby's nclex-pn review book. I hope it's sufficient. Also, I have the saunders 3rd ed CD with the Q&A's. I hope that's enough.
Good luck!
God Bless,
Gabby
i took the rn exam may 14th and failed it having primarily used saunders' 3rd edition and the q&a cd. i m not trying to scare you but my conclusion was that saunders is a very user friendly book but when it comes to practiising the qs, their qs are not as 'difficult enough' to pass the nclex.its good for general nursing content.the mosby book however is really good for both content and nclex style and level of difficulty type of questions.i say this cos thats the one i m using now. i think if you use mosby more, you ll do well in the exam and i wish i knew this before may14.
all the best, i think i m retaking mine mid july, just dont know yet.i want to be as ready as i can this time.just going thru some of the qs in mosby, i now know there was no chance i d have passed first time.
keep studying and you ll be successful.
good luck once more
