I don't want to start the posts too early, but I was just wondering if anyone knew how long it is actually supposed to take to get results this year. I know that some people I worked with last summer got theirs in early-mid July. I checked out the CNO website and the CNA website (and a few others along the way) one says 8-12 weeks and the other says 4-6. I'm already driving myself crazy...if I have to wait another 8+ weeks I'll end up really going off the deep end
I know the results won't be in for another week or two.. However, seeing stats like these can be reassuring. I didn't know the pass rate for Canadian educated students was as high as the results below indicate. Was anyone else aware of this? I definitely was not...

I did read that however I read something else from the CNA (might be in that same document) saying that the June exam was going to be the first sitting for the new, significantly harder version of the exam... :S

I saw this as an introduction to the new standards. I think some are assuming it may be harder because the exam is more condensed. However I can't recall reading anything stating that the change is suppose to make the exam harder than before. I interpreted it as simply an amendment to the way they measure competency through the new examination model.
I can't see a major drop in the pass rate simply due to an exam that wasn't consistent with what was expected in prior examinations. Any significant deviation in marks overall compared to prior exams would then obviously lead to a bell curve or some other variable playing a greater role in who passes or fails... I hope..
:) Congrats to all of u...!! Well I am pretty new to this... Eventhough I read allmost all the threads in this site in concern with CRNE, I have personally never posted anything to this day... I found the exam to be extremely difficult. I was a bit dissapointed that the exam was changed to all multiple choice and was only 4 hours long. I had a feeling since the time was cut down, the exam was going to be a tough one. Oh well, I can say that I studied all I could, now it is the waiting game... First time writing here and from BC, hope to get my results soon! Goodluck to everyone! and I too had to rush the last 20 questions or so, glad I finished JUST in the nick of time by rushing ofcourse... I did not get to review any of my answers though... maybe that worked in my favour? We will see.... Goodluck :)
