JULY NCLEX-ers!!

Hey y'all! Just wanted to see who else is scheduled for NCLEX in July so we can maybe keep each other accountable to study goals, share study woes, good prep books, etc.

My date is July 11th, can't wait!!

I'm doing the NCSBN, Kaplan book, LaCharity, Lippincott and Mosby books, and reviewing ATI books from my school. From what I've read, I think I should get Saunders too... seems like the questions are good.

taking my test on the 7th of July. Didn't really have time to prepare. Will be craming for the next 18 hours at least! I am so scared. All my classmates and teachers are saying I will do great, but I am very sceptical of that.... Sucks. I am praying a lot and have been for the last who knows how many months. I am trying to think positive.... Good luck to everyone!!!!! And Congrats to those who is done!

I got 75 questions and the screen was blue....@ question no 71 I kept telling myself it alrite be ready .......the test was very hard...............& I did get the pop up right now for the pearson vue trick............now just want to keep my fingers crossed...........thanks all & good luck for the ones who have to test yet

Mine = all of the above! Dang that test was hard! Got cut off at 75. I was sitting there hoping that the computer will give me more questions. Anyway, did the trick when I got out. I did get the pop up as well. Checked it 3x already lol. Is this really accurate? Otherwise, I'll have to take my happy hour mix (bendaryl + tylenol pm) for the next 48 hours kidding

received my att today and scheduled my exam for july. this will be my 2nd time taking it, first time got 265 and near passing on each topic, sucks. but this time i've taken a different approach and actually studied . i do know of a classmate who took the exam and got 75 and failed, but she have major anxiety and always over think things, there isn't no what if's or tricks on the nclex. keep your heads high, since i've taken the exam once it is doable, the questions are straight to the point you either no it or don't so study. when i left and checked some of the answers i picked, i was like how stupid of me. don't forget its entry level nursing. stay positive.

Yay!! What did you use to study most? And which prep book did you think was most similar to the NCLEX?

Good luck! I think the vast majority of people who finish at 75 questions pass. Try the Pearson Vue trick! It's worked for everyone that I've seen that's done it correctly. =D

Oh gosh, i took the QT#6 today and blanked out. felt like i didn't know anything. scored 54%... and it's so demoralizing.

We had alot of people taking the test today and only one person has given us the good news. Come on people, tell us how it went and give us the good news.
