Is anyone else out there applying for the 2012 Accelerated BSN at Jacksonville University?

Dec 7, '11 by MontanaRed Hi guys,

I am curious if anyone has either gotten a confirmation email that their application arrived or if their application check had been cashed?

I did get an email confirmation on Dec. 15 that they received my app. Did you ever hear about yours?

Hi Everyone! Has anyone been contacted about setting up an interview appointment/date yet? The email I received in December stated they would start doing interviews sometime between Jan-Feb. It's close to mid-Jan so I was hoping they would start setting up interviews soon.

I just got an email about setting up an interview!

That's exciting! I though they were being sent by mail...that's what she said on the phone yesterday.

Good Luck! :D

Hi guys

I applied for the second degree BSN....I'm pretty nervous i check my email 10times a day for the interview email.

Good Luck to all!

I hear you CeCe...I check my email constantly! The email from JU said they would send out interview letters on Monday and Tuesday of each week between now and mid February to set up an interview for the following week.

Hello everyone. For those who are waiting on mail for an interview date may want to send an email to the coordinator for the interview dates. I sent an email to them and the replied immediately with my date. They said its first come first served w/ the dates. They said their emails were so backed and crashed. Hope this helps.

Got my phone call Wednesday to set up an interview! :yelclap:

Good luck everyone!

Hello everyone, I was just wondering if anyone had their interview yet and how did it go? My interview is on Feb 13th and I am super nervous.

Has anyone heard whether or not they were accepted? Does anyone know a specific date they'll release that info? I'm starting to get really anxious...

Hi everyone! Does anyone know when they'll send acceptance/denial letters or when they'll send the financial aid packet? Aside from anxiously waiting on an acceptance/denial letter, I'm really getting nervous about the cost of tuition and how it'll be covered. I've applied for financial aid and received a scholarship from JU but its not nearly enough to cover all costs. Can anyone tell me if you're eligible for $9500 in fin aid (according to FAFSA) is that per semester or is that for Fall/Spring semester? Also, can you take out other loans or is what FAFSA determines what you're eligble for it? Please, if anyone could give their experience in fin aid thus far, I would greatly appreciate it. :D

I received my accepted letter today for the accelerated program! I am so excited to meet everyone and get started. Now I just have to figure out how to pay for it.

Good luck everyone!
