Well it is finally here, and I take the TEAS exam at JJC next Thursday. I have been studying for over 2 months, and I still do not feel ready. I paid and took the ATI on-line TEAS exam A twice. The first time I choked, and the second time was in the 80's. I am applying to the JJC RN Spring 2015 program. Just curious if there are any other students out there like me getting ready to take the TEAS?
Lindsay, that sucks that you will not be joining us, but I am glad that you are going to a 4 year college and will get your BSN. After my first year in the JJC RN program-I am going to do the bridge program over to St. Francis for my BSN. So I totally understand about your credits and why you are turning down your spot, but you will still be missed!
KC--I could not agree with you more! I have a ton of questions also. I did have one that I sent a e-mail to Paul about regarding the CNA verification from the IDPH that was in our acceptance letter. I am registered already as a CNA on the Health Care Worker Registry from working at Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove, but I did not understand what they meant by turning in our verification for it at the day of registration. I mean do they just want a printed screen copy of it or what?? So when I get verification on that I will share on here with everyone.
I'm also glad that for my current phlebotomy class I'm in-that I already had all my shots, titers completed, physical, UA drug screen, cpr card updated and background check completed. So at least I wont have to go get all that done for entry into the RN program. One more thing off my plate.
