Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing (MSN) Fall 2021

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to start a thread for the Johns Hopkins Entry into Nursing MSN program for August 2021 applicants. I started my application this week, aiming to get it in well before the November 1st deadline . Anyone else??

I just got my rejection email! Good luck to you all my friends hoping for the best.

Im such a lurker hahaha, but congrats to everyone so far who has gotten in! Like a few others, I have to wait until March, but to those who are waitlisted, Im crossing my fingers for you, and to those rejected, it isn't over! Theres always Spring or other better opportunities, you got this! This IS your path, it just may not always be in a straight line ?

 @meghan0808 I agree with @WlkrCJ good luck at Emory! That school is like top 5 in the country, congrats!!

I still haven’t heard anything. I submitted my application a day after the Nov deadline so I guess I will be hearing later, but I remember someone saying that people will hear back if they submitted soon after ?‍♀️ Anyone else in this position.

Would anyone happen to know how much weight is put into our natural science GPA (molecular bio, genetics, organic Chemistry, etc.)? Thanks!

Virtually none considering mine was pretty low and I was accepted. They weigh your prerequisite science courses more heavily (B- or better).
