Congrats to those who received interview callbacks! Curious if you already have your license? I'm currently wrapping up my last quarter of school & wondering if that makes my chances slim. TIA!

Hi! I graduated in April and got my license early May. I think they take that into consideration because she did ask me when she called me and on last cohorts thread I saw that they wouldn’t interview one person until they got their license. Doesn’t mean she won’t call but the timing might not line up right! Best of luck.

No they didn’t specify she just said ICU! I didn’t have time to ask many questions she was going super fast.

Oh wow- did you have a preceptorship/ experience in adult ICU's? Sorry, just trying to get a feel for the criteria out here since I just moved here as a new grad!

Thats okay! I am open to answering anything ? I did my preceptorship in CVICU at a level II trauma center in Sacramento so that probably helped especially since they have a cardiac program!

I got a call for ICU interview yesterday!! She said both managers from both hospitals would be there!

Did anyone who got an interview get the email too? I was told I would get an email but still have not received it

Did you see the email about 5 manager references? I haven't kept in contact with enough managers and the 1 of them takes about 1 month to get back to me to be a reference.

I have not gotten the email yet either.

5 references? I did not get an email yet! What unit is that for?
