  1. Are any of you waiting to hear back from behavioral health? My application still says "under review" after the interview.
  2. How did you interview go for that? What were their faces like?
  3. I definitely stumbled through my interview and I think it's because they had poker faces. I'm used to interviews where our energies match... Good luck y'all
  4. Did you see the email about 5 manager references? I haven't kept in contact with enough managers and the 1 of them takes about 1 month to get back to me to be a reference.
  5. I got an interview for behavioral health! Hope you all get calls soon!
  6. I applied for Behavioral Health with 2 months of acute care experience. I really hope to hear back because I love psych so much.
  7. So I applied to med-surg oncology. My application said interview and then it went back to under review today. I already interviewed. I don't think this is good news at all since I haven't heard back. Has this happened to anyone?
  8. I'm from orange county but at the end of the day, it's cheaper to go to school where I'm at with scholarships and everything for my second baccalaureate. Personally, it's a matter of preference and saving costs. I know I'm paying less for the same degree.
  9. Why would you go to west coast? It's for-profit. The tuition is insane and employers will laugh at you. I have worked as a CRC at Kaiser Permanente and UCI, boy oh boy let me tell you, they do not look favorably on west coast students. I go to a school in the very middle-of-goddarn-nowhere NY. Previous employers have looked at me favorably because I chose the route of hard work, actual acceptance, and a school that has been established in the community for decades. I did not have a strong GPA but I was willing to put in the time and work to attend a truly accredited, small liberal art university (obviously not-for-profit) and knowing that I got in fair and square. Do yourself a favor and don't bother attendinf a for-profit unless you work at a hospital thag guarantees you a job afterwards as an RN.
  10. I'm attending D'Youville for Spring 2018 for their BSN program. I'm 24 but my GPA was meh and I got a scholarship as well. I'm mostly going because I don't want to wait and I also know I won't get in anywhere else (possibly).
