I got a call yesterday for an interview. There is a math test and an interview with HR. I am super excited and I hope I will get this one.

Thats awesome!!! Are you internal (had a preceptorship there or worked there as a CNA) or external???

I interviewed and took the test yesterday...it was a breeze!

I also interviewed last Friday (May 4th). It was set up the day before and very brief- more of a screening interview. Does anyone know anything about the panel interview? Was everyone who interviewed invited to a panel interview? I'm not sure if I should prepare to interview for a specific floor or if they will keep it general and then place selected applicants where they see the best fit...

Are you an internal applicant? (did you precept or work at John Muir??) Or external?

All I know about the panel interview is that its about 10 people interviewing us. Not sure how many they plan on interviewing. Almost seems like they are interviewing a lot. Only 12 spots though!! She asked for my preference of floors.

They contacted me about a week after I applied. The initial interview was very simple and consisted more of a get to know you and behavioral questions- no big deal.

I am a completely external applicant. Didn't precept there nor do I work there in any capacity.

For those of you who have received interviews, can you please share if you are ADN/BSN, what certfications you hold, and what do you think made your cover letter/resume stand out? I am a new grad and of course, like many others, having a hard time finding a job. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
