Job titles salary ranges

New job titles and salary ranges are coming. Can anyone explain these to me?

OP is referring to changes coming within DaVita. If you don't work for them, you wouldn't understand what she's talking about :)

I'm still trying to find out information. So far all I've heard is there will be Level 1, II and III- for RN's and techs. As you move thru the ladders their is suppose to be an increase in pay, but no one seems to know what they are yet. I'm not getting hopeful, as seasoned Davita staff have stated they've been hearing this talk for quite some time but never seems to come to fruition...
