Job Interview in Am!

I have pursuied a position in the OB dept. of the hospital I work in now. My dream job is to work in OB, preferably L&D. I was able to shadow last week and followed a birth thru. I loved it and Know this is here I want to work! I now have an interview in the am after I work tonight and am excited beYond belief. I have no idea what kind of questions the Manager will ask me, so I will just answer with my heart. I didn't know if there are any things that would be good for me to know before going into the interview tomorrow. Thanks for your replys!
