Job availability in LA?

Published

Hi everyone, I am from LA and want to move back there in the spring with my daughter. Just wondering if anyone had any insight as to how hard it is to get an RN job in SoCal right now. I am BSN, halfway through my MSN with 2 years ED experience. I know new grad jobs are hard to get, but this wouldn't apply in my case.

Any insight or helpful hints are greatly appreciated!!

Hi , Sorry I only have some question for you instead of answer.

I really want to go back to my career but I only have RN license in STATES.

I mean, I had graduated and some experience in Korea and only got a test in USA 6 years ago.

So I am considering for Nurse practitioner degree.

About Nursing practitioner degree and chance to getting a job I have a lot of question .

So if you don't mind , Could you let me know your email address?

Thank you.

You should be able to find a job. Wages aren't rally high enough for cost of living tho. So be prepared for that. Good luck!

Cedars will take you. Look for maybe 42 an hour day shift. My friend was offered 44 last year for 4 years of exp.
