  1. Hi everyone, I am from LA and want to move back there in the spring with my daughter. Just wondering if anyone had any insight as to how hard it is to get an RN job in SoCal right now. I am BSN, halfway through my MSN with 2 years ED experience. I know new grad jobs are hard to get, but this wouldn't apply in my case. Any insight or helpful hints are greatly appreciated!!
  2. Hi all! My daughter and I want to move to CA in a few years after I finish my degree and get licensed in VA (and get experience as an RN of course). My question is, if you do not meet the CA requirements for clinic hours (I think it was 810, my program in VA is like 790), do they take work experience to make up for the deficiency? I am in an associates program here. I'm just trying to get all my ducks lined up so I can apply to get the CA license and therefore an actual job before I move there since I've heard how difficult it is to get hired right now. Thanks for any info K
