Specializes in OB-Gyn/Primary Care/Ambulatory Leadership.

Make sure your spelling is correct.

What is the position that you're applying for? It might help us to know.

Your experience seems, overall, quite run of the mill and could be on any nurse's resume or job application. I'm not sure that there really is any way for you to punch that up and make it stand out. Then again, it might help to know what you're applying for.

A big part of the reason you're not getting callbacks is that the job market is so crappy and employers receive dozens of applications for each opening. Another problem is that your experience is general and I think that no matter how you try to window dress it, it will remain obviously general. Hiring personnel have seen it all and they recognize when reality is being tarted up.

Make sure that it is related to the position that u are applying for..

I think you should try to personalize it. eg

I was assigned to provide patient care for 3-7 patients each shift. I performed personal care such as bedbaths, mouthcare and bed changes etc. I was also assigned to admit and discharge patients. I adminstered medications, IV fluids, blood products ect. I performed wound/ostomy care and inserted urinary catheters.

Basically you have to make it yours. My resume looked like yours earlier this year. It wasnt until i changed it to the above that I got 3 interview requests within a 2week period after months of searching.
