JJC spring 2018 nursing program

I applied for the spring 2018 nursing program at Joliet junior college. Now the long wait for admission. Anyone else waiting?

Welcome to the waiting board. So, the information I gathered so far is that they score each pre-req at 2.3 points each and they have an overall weight of 10% off the acceptance score. I have now figured out that I have a 3.26 calculated gpa (Eng, psych 101, psych 215, bio 250, bio 251, health 109); i am wishing I would have received a higher score in english and bio 250! Is your gpa calculated on these classes as well?

Hey all! I just got off the phone with Tina at JJC. She said "qualified emails will be going out tonight and acceptance letters in the beginning of August" Good luck and here's to being part of a great team!

Hey guys! I applied for the Spring 18 semester as well. I have a 4.0 GPA and got a 77 on the TEAS. I just got my qualifying email today! Anyone else?

I applied for the spring 2018 program as well. I received the email last night that I am a qualified candidate as well. My teas score was a 78 and my gpa is only a 3.5. Wishing the best of luck to all of us.

Hi all! I also received a qualifying candidate email last week! I am so anxious to see if I get into the program. I did get a guaranteed acceptance score on the teas so I will just wait patiently (I hope!) Hope to see you all in class next semester!

I also received guaranteed admission, but I'm still so anxious to get the email! I think once I see it in words, it'll feel more real. I'm going crazy with this wait, hopefully we get emails sometime this week or next!
