I also submitted two recs, but both were previous college professors :) I haven't applied for scholarships yet either but I'm planning on it...we'll have to see what happens.

Hey everyone!

I submitted my application last night - I know it's on the later side of submissions but keeping my fingers crossed that spots are still open for the FACT-1. I waited until all my transcripts and recommendations were received before submitting the entire thing so it is officially completed. Does anyone know how long it takes on average to hear back about an interview or have their own personal experience?

Also would anyone mind sharing their background or GPAs of those who got in to relieve some of my anxiety?

If the application is still open then there are still spots! Like I said above I heard back within 3 weeks and it seems like interviews are full force. My undergrad gpa was 3.37 but that didn't include my prerequisites since I just took all my prerequisites last spring and summer I got all A's on them. Im just missing microbiology which I'm taking currently!

I just received the email for the interview! I'm so excited but nervous, but then I thought does everyone get an interview? Also, does anyone know the percent of people who do not get accepted after the interview? And i thought the anxiety of waiting for the interview email was bad! Hah Along with tons of other anxious thoughts in my head, these are a few! I am Definitely going to be researching and preparing for the interview! I am so darn nervous! If anyone has any helpful suggestions or preparation for it, please feel free to post advice! Thanks in advance!

For those who were accepted, congrats! How long after your interview did you hear back about your acceptance? I have my interview on the 14th. Can anyone give me more detail as to what to expect at the interview? All I was told is that it's with other people but basically nothing else.

They'll email you a week after the interview. At the interview, they said 1-3 weeks. The interview is very relaxed. You'll be put into smaller groups and asked questions like why nursing and such.

I just got accepted today! I was taking a class while I submitted my app and just recently finished it. My transcripts arrived yesterday and I got the acceptance email today. I interviewed three weeks ago for further clarification.

Asawick - Congrats on your acceptance!! That's so exciting! What class were you taking? I have to take Microbiology in the spring but still applied. I had my interview on Wednesday and I'm not sure how it went. I was very nervous even though everyone was so friendly and nice! Needless to say, I will be checking my email religiously every hour! Ha

Does anyone know how many spots they have for FACT-1 and how many applicants they normally receive? I wonder if anyone isn't accepted after their interview. Congrats to all who have been accepted and good luck to my other fellow hopefuls!!
