Hey! I thought I would start a thread for all the people that are applying for summer admittance into jeff state so we could get to know our possible future classmates. They're accepting 50 on each campus and with the compass completely gone,and the teas v being solely relied on plus course points of course, I think this will make for a INTERESTING admission process to say the least! Any input and comments are welcomed;-)

Did u apply for a specific campus? Or did u check either, I checked either and got in at the Jefferson campus. I got in with 195.5 points so I don't know how u didn't get in unless you were picky with what campus you wanted... I know Shelby tends to require a little bit higher score.....

No I did either campus to since they are both the same distance from my house...oh and beggers can't be choosers either!!!! Do u know anyone else that got accepted? Did u get your letter?

No.. I was told letters would be out by tommorow or next Tuesday at the latest. Don't worry if I got in I'm sure you got in. Did you think about calling out to Jeff state to see if they called and maybe you just missed the call? Also what was your gpa?

3.4 GPA....idk u had a few more points then me, that's probably what got me, I'm sure there were plenty more people with more points then me!

I'm sorry it was a typo earlier. I meant 179.5. That's how many points I had. My gpa is a 2.78. So that's why I'm definitely encouraging you to call Jeff state tomorrow to see if maybe you missed the all or they missed your name. Especially if I had 179.5 and got a call but you have 181 and haven't got a call yet. I'm sure you got in! And my application was turned in on the last day!

Hmmmm.....I may try calling tomorrow! I hope my application didn't get lost cause I had to turn it into the front desk cause nursing advisor wasn't there to turn it in to!

That's how I turned mine in! Yeah you definitely need to call tomorrow! I'm sure it's a mix up... Wait did whoever take your application and stamp the time and date it was received?

I don't know if they stamped it...but I do know I had to sign a paper with the day and time I turned it in....and no I'm a student a Lawson ....but I did everything I was supposed to do, and called a million times and asked Kathleen Johnson if I had everything and she said yes more then once!

Yeah I'm at Lawson also! And I got in! I bugged the hell outta Kathleen! Did u just finish taking 202?
