Jeff State Spring 2015 Hopefuls

Hello all! I am transferring from UAB to Jeff State after two unsuccessful attempts at getting into the nursing program over there! I just spoke to the adviser and will be applying with 224.5 points. I had 2 A's and a B in my pre-reqs, and studied for a month and got an 88.7 on the Teas-V. She said that my application was very competitive, and I find it ironic/surprising that I can be competitive at one program and "not on the radar" so to speak at another! Ha! I guess it goes to show that you should never give up on your dreams -- if one avenue won't work just try a new one!

Anyways, I know it's super early, but I couldn't resist starting this post!! I hope to make some new friends so we can help each other study and be the best we can be! Good luck to all!

I heard if you get an email or phone call you are in the rejection letter comes in the mail.

I got a phone call from a phone number that was similar to Jeff states today and answered, it wasn't the school. Lol I almost died trying to get to the phone. Still waiting.

My sister's friend works in the office at the Shelby Campus and she got him to ask when they would be sending the acceptance emails and he told her they said the first week of November. =(
