Hi,quick question! My last instructor just emailed me about a possible position at Baptist Health as a Graduate Nurse with the assurance I have my license before the start date in Aug. I am excited at the idea of not going into LTC as my first job. Can anyone with insight on this program, please tell me all there is to know experience there, pros, cons, etc. I'm new o allnurses and haven't been getting much feedback on here, please guys I don't bite lol. Thanks!
Snafu13, I followed up the day after the interview to basically say 'thank you' for your time and consideration. I didn't want to send a card/letter because it would have been received too late.
MzrRN, did your friend apply for the new-grad residency program or did they interview for a specific job posting?

Well, I haven't heard anything from a recruiter or anything. However, the nurse manager that I emailed finally replied. She said that she was impressed and that someone from recruitment should be contacting me soon. It's hard to tell if she means that she wants me for the position or if that was a generic reply. Guess I'll find out eventually, lol. Anyone else heard anything back? Also, didn't they tell us that we were going to be getting a survey emailed to us, or was I just hearing things?
