Did you get an email for the interview date and time?

Unfortunately, I was informed today that I didn't even make it beyond the initial phone interview for Mayo Clinic's nurse residency program. I'm definitely really looking forward to the Baptist interview though!!!

Awww that sucks, but God knows best.Good luck on the Baptist interview 😊

Passed NCLEX and am the proud owner of a Florida license as a registered nurse! On to the interview! Fingers crossed! Maybe I'll see you there? My time slot is 3:30 p.m.

Hi, I applied for this residency program also! I went to the interview on the 24th (which was wayyy different than what I had imagined) and now waiting to hear back from someone. How did your interviews go? Has anyone said when they are going to contact us if we are selected? I'm sitting on edge just waiting for a phone call or email!!

Hi Littleamyd!!!!

I know, right??? I also thought it was very different and wasn't expecting it. I was overwhelmed with the amount of candidates there, which made me feel like I may not have a snowball's chance.

I spoke with someone about timeline and she said 5 business days. So by my math, we should have a decision either way by next Wednesday. Fingers crossed!!

That's exactly how I felt, too! I'm really very nervous right now and just want to know already! I sent a thank you email to the nurse managers, hopefully they don't think I'm being pushy haha. Please comment whenever you hear something. I really hope that you get your position!!

I'll definitely post here as soon as I hear anything. I hope you get yours as well!! what did you interview for?? I interviewed for women's services and pedi ICU

I'll be sure to tell you when I hear something!! I interviewed for a general med-surg unit and a oncology unit. Fingers crossed for either of them because I desperately need a job, but oncology if I'm being honest :)
