Welcome.... This is a thread created for January 2014 Broward College students and others who are interested in there ADN program. We all have so many questions and concerns about the program.
We are 7-8 months away from sitting in the first class of the January 2014 nursing program. What have you been doing to prepare for this? What pre-req's do you have left to take? What inspired you to become a nurse? Is BC your first school of chose? Are there any other programs your interested in?
Wow..so try to get there as soon as you can on Monday..I think your transcripts should already have been evaluated because they are making the decisions.
damn now im getting nervous. I didn't take the hcp course because i have a certificate which i turned in back in august to get a waiver which they are taking forever to put in. I've called twice about it and the lady keeps telling me it will get done. Should I call back?
I would call and go there. Shouldn't take this long to put in..I would be on top of them, and my friend got pre admission also, so we know decisions are being made. This is what mine says.

Not much. I went there this morning and asked about my application. She said that until my transcript is evaluated nothing will change. I asked her how long that normally takes because its been awhile she said that she would put in another request for it to get done.
