As the previous cartoon indicates, there are so many facets to a psychiatric inpatient hospitalization. Those in need of services need to know what to expect when admitted, and aren't always informed upfront.

I started working on a booklet, titled something like "What to Expect During your Inpatient Psychiatric Hospitalization", but soon realized that there was just too much information to convey in a booklet.

Being into the aesthetics of the transitory- the process and not necessarily the product- a decision was made to do a work in progress.

Hence:
