Ivy Tech Spring 2020 Hopefuls

I know we still have some time but I imagine a majority of us are taking or have taken the TEAS and are getting ready to get ready for the Spring 2020 application period !! Just thought I could give us a spot to chat, I know I have used the older threads from other years to help me prepare as well!

I take my TEAS (first time) Monday! What is everyone else up to?!

This past week passed quickly, I had surgery last Monday and class wednesday, but now everything is slowing down. Ugh

I hope your recovery is going well!!

I have a feeling after Thursday things are going to go incredibly slow for me as well.

Tomorrow my daughter starts pre k so the mornings will zoom by I'm sure but once the weekend hits it will probably crawl!!

Pre K! That is exciting, hope she has a blast.

Recovery is going well, I am.suppose to be off 2-3 weeks, but I convinced my surgeon to let me return to work tomorrow. I hope that will help time pass.

@LMAYI know !! I keep trying to put my mind off of it and then I post here about how close we are !!

Also I'm soooo proud of him lol he did some reading he said and also did NOT pick out plain black ? I asked my mom to make me some kind tag for the tubing too.

Dont over do yourself!! But definitely go back if you're feeling ready but even then take it easy!! I know it will help the time go by!!!

I love it! Is that the Classic III? I was looking into getting a good one like that! He did great at picking out a stethoscope!

Yes!! Exactly a classic III , I was so proud of him lol and the diaphragm is double sided so it just turns and clicks into place for adults or pediatric! And then the smaller side can be turned into an open bell, although I dont have any clue what difference that makes yet Haha

Hahahait's okay, it's something I would I do ?

Me tooooo though only 3 days 16 hours 4 minutes and 15 seconds or something like that ????????

The closer we get the more I think I wont get it but the spring scores this time are SO HIGH I feel like.

Okay so what is the official date acceptance letters/emails are being sent out???? The 8th or no since that's a Sunday? I need answers lol

It IS the 8th, I confirmed with my advisor ? because I wondered too. But since it's all automated and people aren't involved it doesnt matter that its Sunday, is what she said roughly.

I believed anywhere between 9 and 9:15 is pretty typical to expect it, eastern time I think.
