Ivy Tech Spring 2018 Hopefuls

Published

Hopefully no one has started a new group yet. Anyone out there applying for spring? Applications are opening in 2 days so I figured we could help each other through the horrible wait of the application time and

then selection time. I am applying to the Fort Wayne campus with a low score of 123.82.

I got my acceptance email for Ivy Tech Valparaiso. I'm super excited!

Accepted into the ASN program at Lawrenceburg!

I got my acceptance email from Lawrence for the ASN program! I had 139 points. Hang in there if you haven't heard anything yet!

I was accepted to the transition at the Anderson campus, my score was 118.07. Congrats all that have been accepted, and good luck to those waiting!

Accepted ASN at Kokomo with 116 points! Anyone else going to Kokomo??

Got accepted into Lawrence! What a relief!

Specializes in LTC, SNF, Rehab, Hospice.

Me and a girl from work got accepted to the LPN-ASN at Greencastle!! I'm so excited! NOW, I wonder how long it will be until Orientation, etc!

I'd expect it in October

EStreet, I think you're right. They aren't sending anything out about orientation until after 9/22 selections.

I had talked to a friend today who went through the program and she said the orientation is usually in December. Or at least in the past anyways.

Wow, that seems a bit late. That doesn't give a ton of time to figure things out. I need to somewhat know my schedule, so I can determine if I need to step down or not.

Kpoole, on another thread for those that got into the fall program, someone had asked the same question that had gotten accepted for spring 2018. She said orientation is about 3 weeks before classes start. I know you can go on myivy and actually view the classes and when their scheduled. It's view only, but nonetheless you can still view it. Just go on myivy like you would to look up classes but click on nursing and your campus and it will show you all the nursing classes for that campus and when they are. What campus are you going to? I'm going to the Lawrenceburg campus. I really hope you don't have to step down.
