It's official......I'm nuts

I can't take it. I just can't take it anymore.

I check these forums everyday hoping to find someone an alum or applicant from the SFSU Nursing program. I Google all possible phrases similar to "SFSU Nursing students" to try and find someone who is in or has graduated from the program.

I found a website from the first graduating class at the Canada program (SFSU has a satellite program that people with a BA/BS can apply to - the main campus doesn’t take 2nd bach, so this program allows people to apply and earn their BSN from SFSU though classes are held at a community college in Redwood City called Canada College) and I just find myself being INSANELY jealous of them.:angryfire

I PRAY (mind you, I’m not religious) that I get in and waiting until the last week of this month or early April is EATING AT MY SOUL.

Am I nuts? Nevermind. Don't answer that....I know the answer already, I'm just in denial. :trout:

No, I didn't sprain it. I was just joking because the book was sooooo heavy (literally, it must have been 5,000 pages AT LEAST!) that it felt like it hurt my shoulder.

I think dreams are just a manifestation of your fears (and sometimes wishes). I wouldn't think too much of it....**taking off psychology hat**. :)

LOLOL, this will tell you how out of my head I am, i actually believed you sprained your arm!!!!

I dunno, i'll call them tomorrow morning, I figured out that they seem to be in much better spirits in the mornings, so i'll call them tomorrow.

I dunno i may not get a call until june if i do get one

anybody else send for scrub catalogs??? i finally got the first one the other day. i look at the scrubs & pick out the ones i'd get. dream a little dream.....hehe mind you i'm still waiting on 'the letter'!!! not to mention that the school i applied to has specific 'uniforms'. so i'm really stretching it by looking at scrubs that i wouldn't even be able to wear until after i get my licence. i must be really out there...............

lol!!! scrub catalogues, no but i do check out the different online stores that sell them and figure which ones i'd get, and the school i applied to has their own uniform. so what do i do, i found a girl with pics of her class in the uniform and i stare at it. lolol!!!

Well when we had that huge Blackout in 2003, and i had to end up sleeping at the hospital and they had this HUGE scrubs closet, so we got to go in there and get a pair of scrubs to change in. So i still have mine, and I still sleep in them and they are absolutely devine to sleep in.... tee hee

Yeah the uniforms for my school are a little weird, one of my nurses said she can't wait to see me in it so she could tease me.

HAHAHA> OMG. this is so me! I have these mad fantasies about how ill do some alterations to our clinical scrubs... make it a little more flattering for my figure and all... but then i realize thad DARN... did not get accepted yet. hahahaha

Oh, and, did you guys ever experience fantasizing about your future specialization? I for one have thought about getting a JD, even CRNA, or even a masters in oncology!

Sigh.... better not get ahead of myself.

Hey girl....

I can see the floors of my apartment, yahoooo!!!!!!

so far it took me a day and a half and im not done yet,

i have to get to the bathroom today and i'll be done.

But im not living like a slob anymore

I think i went through 4 huge garbage bags of paper.

Yup you heard me 4!!!

I just went though the piles of papers, unopened mail and absolute junk i had all over the place. I have a paper shredder, so it was very happy with me tee hee.

I also did my budget, paid bills and wrote up a master grocery/house shopping list for reference so i don't have to keep trying to figure out what I need to get, just check the list, check the kitchen see if i have it, if i don't i go get it (makes sense?)

I did go back to obsessive panic mode for a bit, and then i made myself stop, instead i started a blog to write about my journey too nursing school, just so i can get it out of my system when i start to obsess.

Are you taking an online class? I got confused when you said people from you class started writing about NLN scores. Where are you applying again? I forgot. Im in NY state, so im applying to just one school, but people applying to other schools in NY state, had these insane NLN scores that it makes me nervous too, although they aren't applying to my school.

LOL. Thats an a very productive way of dealing! I have to do my spring cleaning soon! I have visitors coming! and I just dont understand how papers pile up this much. sigh sigh.

Well, I am yet another Hunter hopeful M... and we have a blackboard system for our courses where teachers post grades, study material... and where students can communicate!
