So I just started a new job as a 'facility educator' AKA Staff Development Coordinator. We've been discussing how to write a skilled note. I said I had a lovely cheat sheet for skilled notes. The head of the MDS department tells me "Oh, no. We have to use the form Corporate wants us to use." Fine.
Imagine my surprise when she shows me the form today and at the bottom it reads "CapeCodMermaid on allnurses.com"!! I told her I was the mermaid and that was MY form. I've seen it used in at least 6 buildings.
I should have copywrited it!

That's really cool. I make a lot of forms, but they stay in house. Are you still sharing your skilled charting cheat sheet? That has been on my agenda, but I don't even know where to start! :-)

That's some sweet validation there. Good for you!
If you search all nurses, you should be able to find it under Skilled Nursing Documentation. If not, shoot me an IM and I'll email it to you.
Found it! Very nice!! Great job and thank you!! :-)
You're welcome....we're all in this together.
