So the study guide from here has TB as airborne precautions, but was readin gmy Kaplan NCLEX-RN 2011-2012 review and it has droplet in the book?

TB is definitely airborne. They need a private, negative pressure room, but they also need the special N95 mask.
And the rest? Some of my review notes say door open for droplet and one says door closed.

TB is airborne, door closed, negative pressure, and 95N mask
droplets door open. I never seen a pneumonia pt with his door closed.... surgical mask and 3 feet from pt.
airborne and droplet both have mask on patient if transfering
