I am so thankfully that we do not have school on parent teacher conference days! Most of my nightmares begin with "there are subs for every grade level today"...

Oh no.

Our second graders are, as a whole, a hot mess. There was one day when all their teachers went to a conference. We, in the office, feared what the day would be like. It wasn't all that bad. Thankfully, we had really strong subs.

Our P/T conferences are after school. Then we get the next day (always a Friday) off. YAY!
