Is it possible to get 4 4.0s this semester at Oakland University?

So I go to Oakland University and I'm a 17 year old sophomore. My parents kind of have control over my life and over the summer made me take Anatomy and Physiology, Organic Chemistry, Philosophy and Writing 160. It was a recipe for disaster, especially AP and OC.

I'm considering transferring but I'm a little lost and feel like everything being rushed, I'm 17 after all. This coming semester I'm considering retaking AP, Orgo, Bio and General Chemistry with hopes of getting 3 4.0s and one 3.8. In my first semester, I was only sixteen and found Bio super easy and therefore neglected to even try and got a measly 3.7 when I could have easily obtained a 4.0... In general chemistry I goofed off and got a 3.0. I know I have it in me and I really don't want to transfer out of the city I love. With AP, it was just too much content to have down in 7.5 weeks but is definitely doable in 16 weeks. Organic chemistry wasn't hard, it was just a lot of similar things and memorization, but I took it online whilst on vacation (I had no choice, I'm a minor). I feel like if I slack off my working hours and dedicate the next sixteen weeks to solely knowing, understanding and recalling this material, then I'll be okay. But idk. DO you have any advice on how to achieve these high grades to repair the damage that my summer semester did? Any thoughts would be helpful!

Most nursing schools do not require Organic Chemistry... that's more for Pre-Med students. Where are you applying for nursing school?

As Devon Rex said, I would definitely check with your school to see if they require Organic Chemistry...my school required it but only in place of not having to take gen chem 1 &2.

First of all, kudos to be 17 and a sophomore in college. However.....AP, Orgo, Bio and General Chemistry all at once is a bit much. Why are you not spreading your science courses out? Also transferring may not be the answer, if you have a problem at a school fix it. Those grades will follow you everywhere.

I am in OU's BSN program right now, OU has an odd grading scale once you're in the nursing program. Pre nursing, it is possible with the professors (they changed the profs after I got into the program) and now the grading scale has been inflated. BUT once in the nursing program the only way to get a 4.0 is to get 100% in the class which is impossible. 99% becomes automatic 3.9. Good luck!
