I start on the 27th...I am super excited now ...was scared ******** back in Feb. I am taking A&P 1, chemistry and thinking critically and creatively..while having two kiddos ages 5 and 20 months!! I cannot wait! Good luck to everyone!

I started Micro today and it doesn't seem too bad. Honestly, this schedule seems like a walk in the park after taking A&P 2 in the summer. I am sure you will feel the same way!

I just saw my syllabus for A&P1. To be honest, it really doesn't look to bad, but of course, just as long as you stay on top of your work. I was really nervous, but seeing this syllabus, there is a big sign of relief because i thought the syllabus was going to look so hectic. Good Luck

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE! I have finished my pre reqs and am applying to my schools ADN program on September 1st for a Jan 2014 start date. I am taking Micro and psych starting on the 26th. For those taking AP I & II just READ READ READ! Also, check out crash course on you tube (SUPER HELPFUL)

Good luck nursestacy, you are going to do just fine. I'm definitely going to read read read and more read lol for A&P and just stay on top of the classes/lab. Is there a specific name for that A&P crash course on youtube?

crash course has a lot of videos (every subject imaginable). You can search crash course A&P. I used it for A&P I, II & Biology.

I start this Thursday, but I'm a little nervous. I'm taking Micro, A&P 1, Nutrition, and Statistics this semester. My micro class already seems like it will be intense, as my professor has already assigned us the first two chapters with home work to be completed by the first day of class. However, I'm staying optimistic and aiming for a 4.0. Good Luck to everyone!!

I start August 26th, and I'll be taking A&P I with lab, Statistics, and Sign Language. I'm so excited, but I'm also really, really nervous!! Good luck to everyone! We can do this!

Classes started today. It was pretty good. I enjoyed my professor so far. The first day kinda sets the tone for the entire semester. I got a good feeling from him.

Hopefully I'll feel the same way tomorrow about my English and sociology professors.

I heard Micro is no joke, so to be taking Micro and A&P together is going to be intense. A lot of memorization. You are going to be fine though, you will be able to handle it, but time management will be very important. Good luck

I took A&P, Micro, Sociology, and Nutrition all in the same semester. Halfway through the semester I was told by one of the teachers that their department doesn't know how I managed to register for those classes at the same time since it's specifically not allowed. I guess they were even more puzzled as to how I was getting A's in all 4 classes lol. Seriously though I remember it being 16 weeks of nothing but reading and note taking all day every day. It's obviously doable, but you really have to have your game face on for it.
