IRSC Spring 2016 hopefuls!

Published

Hello everyone. I'm currently enrolled in my last set of pre-reqs for the RN program. In my microbiology classs, I noticed there is high anxiety because the applicant pool looks strong this year and 90% of my class are nursing applicants. I would like to start a support group, for passing along information, questions, advice, or just emotional guidance. We can all be nurses. We can all do it. Let's help each other get there! Does anyone have any tips for the NLN exam? Unfortunately, I have class and cannot attend the free review sessions.

Mine has a "N" next to it.

My total score is 187.

Are you missing check marks?

Yeah, I would wait for the acceptance letters, just to save yourself some nerve endings. Could very well be they just didn't get to everyone yet. Or those Y or N letters are not written in stone.

Maybe they are entering it in manually as we speak?? I think we should wait until we get our letters. I'm freaking out. My says N, 156 total score

Later, I will call my advisor to ask her what prm adm status means. I wouldn't get too excited or discouraged by what it says. Hopefully the letters will be sent out soon and clear things up.

Yup. Missing checks next to Computer Comp (as everyone is, I guess) and Micro and AP (although the points are calculated).

My last name starts with a Y, so I'm hoping they just haven't gotten to the bottom of the list. I'm always last.... hah!

Mine says Y....whatever that means, I've no clue. Will wait for the acceptance letter.

DavidLee001,

did you call? Did you find out about what that Y means? I have a Y next to mine as well.

Does anybody else have Florida Atlantic University is the institution listed after transfer major. I have that listed and I've never attended class there nor have I ever put in to transfer my major to that institution so I'm just wondering

My degree audit is for an AA degree in nursing. That is why I have 60 credits besides 72 credits. I believe the Y besides adm admit program is for the AA degree.

I tried to call my advisor but she didn't answer.
