IRSC Fall 2014 Hopefuls!

Hey everyone! I know this is super early to be talking about the fall semester but I just got my denial letter for the Spring 2014 semester so I wanted to make this group for anyone that's applying or didn't make it in like me. I got a 109 score on my NLN exam which makes my total points for program 130. I took A&P I & Micro which accounts for my points. I would like to retake the NLN in 6 months & hopefully I can do much better. I'm currently enrolled in A&P II & plan on just studying my butt off for the nln in the process. Classes I have left before I'm done with all my "pre-requisites" are A&P II (which I'm currently in), Chemistry, and Nutrition. (which I plan on taking those in spring/summer). Maybe we can get a study group together eventually if anyone is interested! Best of luck to everyone! :)

No problem! I do have a question though about the self wellness. At the end we have to do two areas in which we can enhance our health like we did in class. Do we have to do the whole process like we did in class like list the problem, what it relates to, how we can fix it, how we plan to fix it, then an evaluation as well, etc? Or do we just list two things in which we think we can fix???

Does that question make sense? lol

I'm pretty sure she said we do it just like we did in class. She said we had one done so we just need to complete one more. She wants us to be familiar with the ADPIE system

Woops I meant PES* problem, etiology/cause, & sign/symptom (AEB- as evidence by which is giving proof the problem exists) In the rubric it also says to list whether it's subjective (feelings/can't be seen) or objective (can be seen/measured)

UGH. i wrote an essay on it. i totally forgot that whole system we were supposed to use. i remember now she mentioned it in class.
