IRSC Fall 2014 Hopefuls!

Hey everyone! I know this is super early to be talking about the fall semester but I just got my denial letter for the Spring 2014 semester so I wanted to make this group for anyone that's applying or didn't make it in like me. I got a 109 score on my NLN exam which makes my total points for program 130. I took A&P I & Micro which accounts for my points. I would like to retake the NLN in 6 months & hopefully I can do much better. I'm currently enrolled in A&P II & plan on just studying my butt off for the nln in the process. Classes I have left before I'm done with all my "pre-requisites" are A&P II (which I'm currently in), Chemistry, and Nutrition. (which I plan on taking those in spring/summer). Maybe we can get a study group together eventually if anyone is interested! Best of luck to everyone! :)

Everyone on the blue team with me lives so close to their clinical sites, I think I was the only one living almost in Jensen. Kinda sucks But if any of you live around Jensen/psl we should get a study group going ! I live off of melaleuca really close to the SAMs club & Walmart

Hey Sonny6 where are y'all meeting at? I've been looking for a good study group and don't mind driving. I've already read and outlined all my chapters so I'm prepared for it. Also where are the quizzes found at? I'm looking at Prep U and I don't see any?

click on prepu, pick your class, take a practice quiz, on the scroll button that says nursing concepts scroll and pick nursing topics, click the toggle buttons for Taylor chapters you want to test yourself on, go down the page and press quiz me. hope that helps

I'm in PC and will be going to Panera on Saturday at 3pm. also have read, made notes and study sheets (I'm a visual learner)

Thanks! I can't do anything today, technically I'm "working" if you want to call it that. Basically I'm studying and if the call button goes off I go do something. I'd be down to meet up any other day this week though if you'd like?
