Yes, please do explain. If you are experience difficulty in finding a job based on one of the protected reasons (race, religion, etc), then you may be experiencing discrimination. If it's because you have a license with stipulations or disciplinary history, that is not discrimination.

What is an IPN nurse and how are you experiencing discrimination?
IPN stands for intervention program for nurses. Most state boards of nursing require nurses who have been accused of impaired practice and/or intemperate substance use to successfully complete IPN.

I am a nurse in IPN in florida. I have been unable to find work as an RN since entering said program. Is there a question you had?
