OK, I know I'm not the only one excited and/or nervous about getting into the Fall 2015 Nursing Program at Inver Hills or any other nursing school in the Twin Cities for that matter. Can you believe there are only 5 and a half weeks until the application due date?! I know it's an even longer wait until we find out in March if we've been accepted or not, but I can't stop thinking about it. I couldn't find a Fall 2015 thread, so I thought I would start one. Who's with me? I've done all my pre-req's, took the TEAS, turned in my application, and now I'm just sitting here waiting and waiting. So if you're kind of in the same boat, let's chat it out until we get to that golden moment in the spring!
Hey Chihuahua Mom, I was also accepted for the day program.
Then we will probably meet there! I'm still waiting for ARCC because they sent my letter to my old address. I've updated my new address about a month ago, but they keep a different database for the applications. So, I'll probably know by tomorrow. However, I think NHCC is best choice for me. Plus, it is only 15 minutes away from home.
Hello everyone again!
Well, I finally got my acceptance letter for ARCC. Now I can make a choice between NHCC and ARCC. I never got any letter from Century, but that was my third choice and I would have declined that offer anyway. Congrats to all of you guys who got accepted and hopefully everybody on the waiting list get in because I'm sure everybody on this forum have worked so hard to get there.
Hi CTN91!
Well my composite was around the same than other girls, 11.7. I got 77% on the TEAS I didn't think it was a great score, but I was totally swamped at the time preparing the TOEFL test, NCLEX-PN, TEAS, the Microbiology class had just started and on top of that we sold our house and moved into a new place. So I had little time to prep for TEAS but it was just enough to get in. I hope you get in for this fall, I know some people will be declining their spot. I read in this blog, some schools call people on the waiting list from other schools when they have unfilled places, so hang in there!

Century has placed me on their waitlist. That means alternate list right? I hope some people decline their spot because others schools were their first choice! That way, I will possibly haven chance :)
