Inver Hills MANE Fall 2015

Published

OK, I know I'm not the only one excited and/or nervous about getting into the Fall 2015 Nursing Program at Inver Hills or any other nursing school in the Twin Cities for that matter. Can you believe there are only 5 and a half weeks until the application due date?! I know it's an even longer wait until we find out in March if we've been accepted or not, but I can't stop thinking about it. I couldn't find a Fall 2015 thread, so I thought I would start one. Who's with me? I've done all my pre-req's, took the TEAS, turned in my application, and now I'm just sitting here waiting and waiting. So if you're kind of in the same boat, let's chat it out until we get to that golden moment in the spring!

With the looks of everyone's score, I'm not feeling too good! xP

Apparently I wasn't competitive enough for NHCC so ARCC here I come! Who's coming with me at Coon Rapids?

LauraBud255, My Score was 11.8

I got an acceptance letter from NHCC and IHCC, I'm still waiting for ARCC. Hopefully tomorrow! Meanwhile I'm very happy with NHCC. Does anybody have a comment about NHCC reputation?

Chihuahua Mom,

Congrats on your acceptances! I've heard great things about NHCC. What I have heard from former students is that the program is rigorous, but they prepare you well, especially for the NCLEX. I know they have very high pass rates, but of course, it varies from year to year. I am also looking forward to working in the brand new Bioscience and Health Careers Center with the new sim labs, etc.

Good luck with your decision!

Here's a short article about the new Bioscience Center. . .

Thank you for posting this link herbie06, this is for sure a plus!!

I also find this data interesting as well, especially when comparing the community colleges to the 4 year/private schools. . .

Chihuahua Mom, are u accepted for the evening-weekend or the day program.

Hi HMN123! I was accepted for the day program. What about you?

Today HAS to be the day. Even if it's a denial letter, I am excited to be able to breathe again!
