How about a thread that will allow us to introduce ourselves to those who are new and the new students can do the same.

I am Stephany, 42, mother of 3 children, a son 22, a daughter 15, and a son 13. I am an LPN of nearly 11 years, and I am in my first semester of a five-semester rn program.

Hmm, somehow missed this thread a it's a stinkin' sticky too. I'm currently a Medical Radiography student and enjoying every minute of it!

Hi everyone! I'm in my 3rd year of my BScN programme in Ontario. I'm 22 and I am really stressed! but who isn't, right? lol

Just a question, what is LPN and ADN?

I'm Teresa, an "older" student at 48.

I'm in an ADN program in North Carolina. I finish pre-reqs this semester and should start clinicals in January.

I've been checking out this site and have found so much that's helpful.

Hello everyone. I am currently in my last year of nursing. Am very busy with school and home. I work as a CNA and as an EMT with 3 boys still home (15, 12 and 11 years old) and 2 boys out of home (2 stepsons all grown up). Very busy and very stressed. Glad to meet everyone. We will make it through guys just hang in there.

Hello everyone,

I am new to the site, just found it last night. I am still in school at Jacksonville State University in Alabama. Just started my clinicals this semester. I have been in school for 5 years now (several changes in majors). I like to say that I am working hard in school, I am completing a 4year degree in 7 lol. I am 23 and will graduate in April 2005. Single no kids. Well that is my story for now
