International Verification of Diploma

I reapply to retake NCLEX RN California and asking me for verification of my diploma coming from my school in the Philippines and must verified from department of foreign affair. I did all the requirements and send it back to California BON but I got another letter again asking same documents. Anyone has same issue like me please leave comments what I have to do. Thank you.

In my case this is what happened: I had my mom drop off the form to my school. My school processed it and sent it to CHED Iloilo. CHED processed and sent the papers back to my school. My mom picked it up and sent it to someone from Manila and this person made an appointment to the DFA and processed my papers on my behalf because my mom is not from Manila.

Thank you for your quick response. 
So your documents went directly to DFA Manila not in Iloilo? I have my Apostille documents from DFA Iloilo and they told me that I have to send it to DFA Aseana.

Yes DFA Manila for Apostille.

Even though the identification verification form was sent by mail, a message was written saying it is still required. This form has been sent, what should I do?

A copy of your foreign nursing license with English translation-Completed.

FROM NURSING COUNCIL - INTL LICENSE VERIFICATION STILL NEED

How can I solve this problem?

Go to philipine consulate website and make your SPA make sure it's a family memeber that will process your papers or you. Cases and RLE  or they will provide all these documents then your school will provide the request letter for CAV. They  will bring it to ched but you need to schedule an appointment first. Ask your school when are you going to get the documents then schedule online at ched. go to Google and type ched ncr online appointment. Before they have limited spot but they fixed the problem that's why schedlue right away.  Then they will give you a claim stub for DFA. You need to follow up before you go if it's ready for pick up. Then ask DFA that you need to send it to board or nursing and they will provide an envelope and give them the address where to send it. Then send it to dhl. With name and location of DFA where your family will pick up not his/ her name. I hope it will help you. Goodluck!

Hi, I just recently found out that it has to be sent straight from DFA address. I had my school send the apostille documents together with my other school documents. The BRN is now asking for the International diploma Verification form. I am not sure if I'm supposed to request the same documents again from school and do the whole CHED CAV processing and all over again. Does anyone know what I should do next?

Yes, they required that.. u need to get the form from them.. then sign and fill up bfore u submit to DFA phil together with your diploma from school and ched CAV.. then after that u mail it to BRN from DFA as sender they won't accept if its not from dfa and must be sign on sealed envelope. Hope that will help.. 

Do you know what should be done if it was sent to BRN without having DFA as sender? I had my school send these to BRN and now I do not know what to do next.

I think you need to repeat the process again.. and make sure when you send it the address is from DFA including the IDV form in it in a sign sealed envelope or else they won't accept it.
