dear all,

did you know that india is having more than 10000 of nursing schools and college. in india some premiere institutes of nursing are there and graduating quality nurses for international and domestic healthcare field.

it is sad to mention here that with a huge number of nurses graduating every year but still the indian healthcare industry is suffering a short of nurses, it all because of the low wages in the indian market.

in india most of the students who are going for nursing study, studying to make their career in international market.

after completing graduation most of nursing students now go for rn for states, some choose to immigrate to uk, australi, newzealand and those who are can not make through for these countries move to middleeast.

around 60% of nurses in middleeast are from india.

i appeal to all indian nurses that making career in international market is not so tough but the problems you will face in other countries will make you thnk why i left india, so my advise is 'east or west , india is the best'.

Hi dear,

it will be very difficult to become a nightingale for me or you. Because she was serving the needy without any personal benefit we today's nurses are serving the needy for money. Am i correct ?

Secondly DSF was so nice but i attended this grand festival only for few hours because i went india immediately after having a glimpse of it to write my rn.
