Hi there!

I'm about to take the NCLEX this October. I know my question seems trivial, but I feel I just have to ask. To those who have taken the NCLEX, what did you wear that day? I mean, is it ok to sit for the exams wearing jeans, tshirt and sneakers?

wear the most comfortable clothes you have. you could be sitting there up to 6 hours. something that you like to cuddle on the couch and watch tv in, like running pants or yoga pants or anyhting. the NCLEX is not a fashion show. also wear layers, in case the room is cold or warm... just my $0.02

Hi there!

I'm about to take the NCLEX this October. I know my question seems trivial, but I feel I just have to ask. To those who have taken the NCLEX, what did you wear that day? I mean, is it ok to sit for the exams wearing jeans, tshirt and sneakers?

I wore what I was wearing during my flight. I didnt have enough time to change. A white top and a blue hoodie, jeans and sneaks.

Good luck.

Goodluck on your NCLEX in Oct. I suggest booking your flights and hotel accomodations as early as now if you're definite in taking it in Oct.

You will save a few money for reserving early and even choose the seat you want as long as its still not taken. Try to be in HK 1 day before your test so that you can look around and see the test center 1 day before. I suggest taking the earliest flight on your 1st day and the last flight on your 3rd day. This way you have lots of time to relax and your 3 days and 2 nights accomodation well spent.

Arriving at least 1 day before your appointment is highly recommended just in case of delayed flights and cancellation. This has happened before and would be a disaster if you would miss your appointment and you cannot cancel or re-schedule your appointment if it's less than 24 hours before the exam.

Thanks for the tips. I'm feeling very anxious already and I sure don't want to feel uncomfortable on that day. I really do hope and pray that I pass the first time.
