How can I connect if am calling from the philippines? shall I dial 00 first and then the number, r waht? pls help me

if calling from the philippines dial 001-909-101-7878. the number u are trying to call is a US number... try to get a local number, calling this number is a long wait since you will be getting menus and options and be asked to wait in the end and you are charged overseas calls. try to call their customer hotline.

thats interesting...when i was reading the visa bulletin, i have this perception that the unfilled quota for the fiscal 2001-2004 will be given to those visas that was pending prior to the tentative closing last year...so i would assume that those 50,000 will be give to the nurses who were witheld...this doesnt guarantee new applicants or those possibly who applied later this year...this quota is kindda tricky...anyway, i hope things will be better for deserving nurse applicant who wants a better opportunity to enhance their craft as nurses not just to get a green card and earn $...good luck!!!
