I'm mixed on this topic. Vaccination, both H1N1 and the seasonal, was mandatory last year...until the hospital discovered they didn't order enough of the vaccine to cover all the required personnel.

However, I do keep all my vaccinations updated, including pertussis. After seeing the results of the H1N1 flu last year, I'll probably get both the seasonal and whatever else is recommended this year.

i personally agree, but what i feel is right for me may not be right for someone else.

I do believe this year's seasonal flu shot will include coverage against the H1N1. They have combined the vaccines.

Right. According to the CDC site the 2010-2011 flu vaccine will protect against an influenza A H3N2 virus, an influenza B virus and the 2009 H1N1 virus that caused so much illness last season.
